Men's Work with Eli

Living Your Deepest Purpose

A Weekend Workshop for Men

Join Eli Buren in a space of creative challenge, honest feedback, and deep inquiry.

As a group we will travel together, entering exercises and considerations regarding what it means to be a man in these times. Arriving at and addressing how to artfully and skillfully inspire each other, practice and stay true to the greater virtues such as integrity, love, humor and authenticity.

As we choose to take this leap we are required to refine and evolve our presence, life priorities, and point of view. One of the ancient means of achieving this refinement is in the company of good men committed to standing true and free in the midst of life's challenges.

Weekends with Eli are a continually evolving process that welcomes men that have yet to participate in this men's circle and calls on those of you that have. Each Workshop is a unique journey offering newly developed practices as well as tried and tested forms of cultivating depth, openness and direction.

The Men's Weekend with Eli draws on the groundbreaking work of David Deida and others.

During this weekend, you will:
  • Discover what it takes to find and live more aligned with your deepest life purpose.
  • Learn how to stay anchored in the depth of your being.
  • Practice direct and honest reflection to serve both yours and other men's growth.
  • Train in breathing exercises to relax and deepen your awareness.
  • Understand the dynamics of sexual polarity and how it influences your intimate life, from attracting the partner you desire to deepening your chosen relationship.
  • Strengthen the warrior aspect of your being, and learn how to move into action with grace and vulnerable force.
  • Develop the ability to exercise steady presence during emotional intensity and worldly chaos.
  • Celebrate what is great, inspect what is outdated, and identify what the next step is in yourself and others.

Warning: This Workshop is not for the faint of heart. If you are satisfied with your habits, tendencies, and closures as they are now, this would not be the best use of your time. If you are ready to be challenged toward outgrowing your past so you can give your best today and tomorrow, then this workshop is for you.
